This year has been a great year for local archers. National and State records on various levels set. World Teams were made by Shawn Rice and Kendra Harvey; USAT member Shawn Rice, and Jr Dream Team by Peter Kelchner. Continuing the Olympic Dream, Shawn and Kendra. Next stop OT part two in California.
We are doing an archery class with the city. These will be beginner classes and run for six week sessions with 3 of them slated for spring. Jay will be working farther from home and Kendra has added a job to her life to help pay for this archery endeavor. This means of course more on my plate so I will be most likely changing some practice times around.
Tentatively on January 19th at 1pm I am planning a potluck lunch for those interested in helping out at Indoor Nationals which is close at hand with a March 7-9 date.
NMAA State Indoors is January 27 with reg form located on reg form page.
To say the least life has not been dull.
This brings me to my final few thoughts.
